FINECRAFT CONTRACTORS TO GET NEW HEADQUARTERS

FineCraft Contractors New Headquarters

At FineCraft, we pride ourselves on delivering quality and collaborative work for our clients since 1985. After almost four decades of success, we have outgrown our current location and are ready to move to a bigger and better space—the new FineCraft Headquarters—which will be located in Old Town Gaithersburg at 403 E Diamond Ave., Gaithersburg, Maryland. In this new building, FineCraft’s team of craftsmen, designers, managers, and administrators will have more space to spread their wings and provide top-notch services to their clients. This page explores the details of our new headquarters and how it will benefit both the company and the community.

OUR HISTORY
At FineCraft we pride ourselves on a high standard of quality and service. We not only strive for perfection with each project, but we also embrace a collaborative approach to every home improvement project; we encourage homeowners and architects alike to adopt the philosophy that any project is only as successful as the team players working together towards each others’ mutual satisfaction and well-being. After all, it’s your dream we’re working on together in making a reality.

Since 1985, FineCraft has been building houses, additions, kitchens, and baths—the whole gamut of home improvement—for discerning families. Our legacy is happy homeowners who are enjoying the newly-created spaces we’ve built for them decades after the completed project.

FROM 1985-2025
As with any great beginning, we started FineCraft from our home (not the garage as most companies are known for, but from our home office). All the coordination, logistics, management, and planning have come from here. For decades we have been at it, and now’s the time to “fly from the nest” since our current location is quickly becoming “too small." Our vibrant and fabulous team needs a bigger place where they can spread their wings, and they will be able to do just that in our new FineCraft Headquarters.

FROM TOP-TO-BOTTOM
This new building will be home to craftsmen, designers, managers, and administrators. On the first floor, we will have a wood shop where we will be able to make custom cabinets, built-ins, etc. And at the front of the building, you may even see a cafe for the locals to enjoy! On the second level, we will have a selections room where clients can see, feel and compare selections. In addition, we’ll have a large open space where we’ll hold seminars along with office spaces. A bonus for this space is that it’ll be available to others who are interested in holding seminars as well. Just let us know about your event and we can book you in. On the top level, we will have more office spaces and an open deck area for one to enjoy the outdoors.

YOUR NEW NEIGHBOR
As your new neighbor, we hope to get to know each other and become friends. We’re here to be of service, so if there’s anything we can help you with please let us know.
