BLUEPRINTS - For the Residential Contractor

This book was written by a veteran contractor of 40+ years, an architect, as well as an accomplished artist. George Papaheraklis graduated in 1985 from the University of Maryland but continued his career in construction, establishing FineCraft Contractors, Inc. Since then he's been in charge of hundreds upon hundreds of residential projects, making his mark in the DC Area with his meticulous approach to the craft of building.

In BLUEPRINTS for the Residential Contractor one will understand how to run his business, how to create a solid team, how to deal with homeowners, the value of communication, practical solutions for growing one's business, and more. This book is a valuable tool that shows the essential role a contractor plays together with an architect and a homeowner. Its goal is to bring valuable and successful tips of the trade to both rookies and veterans of the trade.
