Built To: Site-Specific Dance at LEAFHouse

Now for something completely different! Local choreographer Chelsea Boyd Brown, who studied dance at the University of Maryland, has reached out to partner with the Potomac Valley Architecture Foundation on a special dance presentation tentatively entitled "Built to" set for Saturday, May 13 at LEAFHouse. According to Chelsea the piece "explores the idea of sustainable structures in our relationships, our anatomy, our houses, and our planet. During “Built to,” audience members will be led on an experience around and through LEAFHouse. This is an immersive event for all audiences!"

Tickets will be on sale for the event later this spring, but Chelsea is also raising funds on Kickstarter to help her produce the event. She is $300 short of her goal of $1,500 which must be met by January 21. If you would like to be a behind-the-scenes producer of this event, visit the Kickstarter page and contribute now!
