Gaithersburg Adopts 2018 Building Codes
The City of Gaithersburg, MD has adopted the 2018 International Codes as of the end of May 2019. All projects applying for a building permit and less than 50% designed are required to use the new codes. Projects greater than 50% designed can follow the 2015 codes until October 31, 2019.
