Participate in Montgomery County’s General Plan

The Montgomery County Planning Board will be initiating an update of the County’s General Plan in September. They are interested in involving architects in the process – always a good sign. And it’s difficult to imagine a more critical moment to revisit any general plan.

The first meeting will be in September – I’d expect several months of something like bi-weekly meetings.

Let me know of your interest, your experience with planning process operations, and your interest and experience in urban design. The County is in transition; it’s great that we have been asked to participate.
