Support PVAF on #GivingTuesday, December 1

PLEASE REMEMBER PVAF ON GIVING TUESDAY!

December 1 is Giving Tuesday, and we hope you will consider including Potomac Valley Architecture Foundation (PVAF) in your charitable plans this year. Here are some of the PVAF activities your gift will help support:

Each year, PVAF awards thousands of dollars in scholarships to architecture students in the Potomac Valley region. This year, we were unable to hold our annual fundraising golf tournament due to the pandemic. Nevertheless, support from our generous members and a matching grant from AIA enabled PVAF to provide $3,500 in scholarships to three Montgomery College architecture students.

PVAF maintains LEAFHouse, the chapter house of AIA Potomac Valley and an inspiration for architecture and sustainability enthusiasts throughout our region.

PVAF hosts ongoing sustainability projects along with events dedicated to sustainability issues, including efforts in support of a Sustainability Park and Research Center.

We know there are many organizations doing amazing work throughout our community, all worthy of your generosity. Please consider supporting PVAF by donating to us and/or by designating us as your charity for your purchases through AmazonSmile.
