Gene Policastri has spent more than 3 decades in the practice of law, including representing A/E clients in errors and omissions cases. He has conducted numerous jury and bench trials in state and federal courts as well as represented clients in complex construction litigation before the American Arbitration Association. Outside the courtroom, Gene is an advisor to his business clients, including architects and engineers, so that they can create and maintain sound businesses.

Gene is a problem solver first - he crafts a solution to address any specific legal issue at hand and then probes to understand the larger picture in order to prevent further problems down the road. His breadth of experience gives him a unique perspective that allows him to explore solutions that may be outside of the typical options offered by transactional attorneys.
