For more than 19 years and on over 20,000 projects, PPM has been the trusted As-Built Survey partner for architects across the nation—providing high quality As-Built drawings and BIM models to start every remodel project off great. With a passion for supporting Worry-Free renovations across the U.S., PPM opened our third regional office in the DC area in 2020. This new regional office brings expansive resources to the local AEC community including 3D laser scanning and a full team of As-Built surveying, drafting, and modeling experts. We support projects of every size and every type including single-family residential, office, hospitality, medical, historic preservation, and more.
Our Mid-Atlantic office is led by Justin Yotter. With more than 17 years of experience in the architecture industry in many capacities, Justin knows the importance of accurate and timely As-Built plans prior to each remodel. Justin spearheads many of the Mid-Atlantic surveys and project manages each survey from site visit to delivery. Following PPM’s signature tried-and-true process, he ensures every project is seamless, well-communicated, timely and delivered accurately to your scope of work.
