ERNEST MAIER WINNER OF THE 2022 ENERGAGE TOP WORKPLACES AWARD FOR LEADERSHIP

Ernest Maier, a Mid-Atlantic based construction material manufacturer and distributor, has been recognized with a national 2022 Top Workplace Award by Energage for Leadership. This cultural excellence honor recognizes the senior leaders of an organization for inspiring employees and guiding their teams.

Brendan Quinn, Ernest Maier CEO, on the award: "We are delighted to receive this award. It is our pleasure to be able to serve our contractors, engineers, architects, and customers with More Than Just Blocks." Mr. Quinn goes on to say, "the last two years have been particularly crazy in the home improvement and construction space. An award like this recognizes the whole organization for being able to trust each other and execute during these extraordinary times."

The Top Workplace awards are based on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measured several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection.

Ernest Maier is a Silver Annual Partner of AIA Potomac Valley.
