Eligibility
EPAP is open to practitioners living or working within AIAPV's chapter territory which includes Charles, Prince George’s, Montgomery, Frederick, Washington, Allegany, and Garrett counties. Candidates can have up to 10 years of full-time experience working as a licensed architect (licensure is not a requirement of eligibility), with a professional degree in architecture, under the supervision of an architect, or as faculty in a university architecture program.
Application Submission
To submit your application, you will need to complete Sections I and II below. Please note that all information must be submitted at the same time, as we do not have the ability to save partial information. We therefore suggest that you read through the entire application and focus on how to answer the essay questions in Section II.
Once you have prepared your responses (either as a written essay, video, or digital portfolio), please return to this page, complete Section I, submit your responses in Section II, and decide whether to submit any optional material in Section III (recommended). You may then complete your application by hitting the “Submit” button.

EPAP Practitioner Awardees receive:
$500 cash prize
Year-long mentorship with AIAPV Fellow(s)
Stipend of up to $1,000 for AIA leadership activities
