Directions
Good ventilation systems are critical to maintaining good air quality in homes. A high-quality kitchen ventilation system provides clean air for residential occupants by removing airborne grease, combustion products, smoke, odors, heat, and steam from the air by evacuation and filtration of the air that flows through it. This presentation on kitchen ventilation will explain the mechanics of a good quality system and allow designers to experience different styles of kitchen ventilators in a showroom setting.
