You just finished a great project – now what? Join this informative CRAN (Custom Residential Architects Network) event to hear a panel of experts discuss the do's and don'ts of getting your project photographed and published. Discover what it takes to document your project from start to finish. Learn how to prepare for a professional photo shoot – from pre-scout to styling to final image editing and presentation. Promote your project on web and social media, and learn different strategies for online versus print outlets. Craft a thoughtful and informative pitch to editors that tells an engaging story through words and images, and then see your project in print!

At the completion of this course, participants will be able to:

  1. Identify strategies that will get your project published – target the right publication for best success;
  2. Learn what it takes to prepare for a photo shoot and its various stages – selecting a photographer, walking through a pre-scout and preparing for the final shoot day;
  3. Determine how to style your project for dynamic editorial images; and
  4. Craft a thoughtful and informative pitch to send to editors.
