Creating a contract that ensures payment in full upon completion of your design and construction administration services can be a challenge. Who is protected under the 2017 AIA Agreement, general conditions and subcontracts? How can your contract effectively convey dispute resolution provisions so that you are protected? When does Maryland contract law prevail over national laws?
