Del Ray Guided Passive House Tour
Course Description:
Join us for a guided tour of a single family, net-positive Passive House in Del Ray, Alexandria. This project consists of multiple energy efficient features and expects to be certified under PHIUS (Passive House Institute of the US). Construction will be complete December 2023. Come see the inner workings of what makes a Passive House. There are a few timeslots to choose from during registration.
Free. Pre-registration is required.
Participation is limited to those 18 years of age or older.
Tours Scheduled Between: 10:00am – 1:00pm
Meeting Location: Front Porch of Home. For privacy reasons, exact address provided via email a few days prior to the tour.
