AIA Potomac Valley and the Montgomery County Planning Department invite you to join us for our Celebrate Design 2025 awards event, which will be held Thursday, October 16, at Marriott International Corporate Headquarters in Bethesda, MD. Celebrate Design 2025 honors many of the finest architectural projects in our region and presents the winners of AIAPV’s Excellence in Design Awards and Montgomery County Planning Department's Design Excellence Awards.

This unique, combined celebration will bring together urban designers, architects, landscape architects, planners, developers, builders, policymakers, elected officials, design professionals, artists and interested community members from across Montgomery County and the Potomac Valley region.

**Design Team: Designed by Gensler, Gensler is the project architect of record, with Hensel Phelps serving as the project’s general contractor for the building’s core structure. Rand* Construction, a woman-owned business, served as the project’s general contractor for the building’s interior. The building is owned by The Bernstein Companies and Boston Properties.
