LEAFHouse is the University of Maryland's 2007 award-winning Solar Decathlon entry owned by the Potomac Valley Architecture Foundation and serving as the chapter house for AIA Potomac Valley. It is located on the south side of University Boulevard, 100 yards east of the Metzerott Road light. You will see Metzerott Road on north side and Paint Branch Parkway on south side of the light. DO NOT turn north on Metzerott. You want the small country road labeled Metzerott on the south side of University Boulevard. Once you turn onto Metzerott, turn into the first driveway on the right. LEAFhouse is at the far-right end of the lot.
